A Certainty
We have a certainty previous to this project, and it is that we cannot live without art.
In an absurd, hostile and unfair world, being aware of the beauty of things, keeping alive the capacity of admiring and having a poetic look of the world allow the human being face with optimism each new day of a worthy life.
A Need
If art is essential to live, everyone should have access to it.
People are entitled to be enriched by art, and it is a very good thing for everybody if this happens. So the task is making art more accessible, closer, deleting barriers and even bringing it to people.
Art should be enjoyable to everyone, every day.
An Idea
That is how it occurred to us to bring art to people every day in a very accessible, enjoyable format, where art does not seem to be only for a few connoisseurs: we call this format “friendly mode.”
Bring more art to more people, to enrich poetic looks and generate optimistic days, full of enthusiasm about life.
A Project
We turned that idea into a project: the building of the most friendly art website of the world. And how is the most friendly art website of the world built? Making that every gear of the site “generates more with less:”
- Generating more enjoyment with less words. Simpler words. More precise words.
- Developing more enriching concepts with less sophistication Simple concepts, quite elementary, as little links that can be chained to other ones. So people learn by chaining links and thus the poetic look is enriched.
- Using the wide circulation power of the media to reach more people and more places of the world in less time, with media already present and near for everyone.
- Generating awareness of the importance of art in life and the value of the artist in society. Repositioning the artist as a protagonist of the upcoming world, a world that is going to need it more than ever. Repositioning artists with less, more creative arguments.
- Generating new and more spaces for art and the promotion of artists, with fewer material resources and more innovative ideas.
- Working with people full of enthusiasm. People with talent and perseverance, and who find in the fight for good causes their pleasure, pride and care. Work should be more about passion and less about sacrifice. And that should be noticeable in the quality of the contents.
